MP3 players can only play music that are in mp3 file format.
If you copy music files to your MP3 player that are not in this format then the MP3 player cannot play these music files.
I called Mach Speed technical support at (580) 272-0035 and they told me that model CLD2PL cannot handle music being in folders.
So I removed the folders from the mp3 player and copied over the music again (as single files) and now it works.
