Need Help about iPhone 5.1 White Japanies

Hi i am here to get help from very hardworking team and User of ifixit i have facing very bad exprince with my iphone 5.1 cause when i take pic from the camera it always play a shutter sound on every click i also put moible on silent from left side button top of volume keys i need help if anyone have idea how to put on silent....
