How do I turn on HP Envy TouchSmart 15 with a keyboard?

I'm running my laptop as a desktop computer for the time being with the laptop shut (powerbutton inside)

In the insydeh20 bios I cannot find any settings to change to enable it to be turned on by keyboards. I know this is possible on other BIOS.

Any help please?
