My Screen is Black, no back light
Even there is no display when connected to external screen using either HDMI or VGA slots.
Is it possible that the graphics card is malfunctioning,
can I change the graphics chip??

Yes, if you don't get any image through the HDMI or the VGA connectors, it's most likely you have a graphic chip problem.

PS: It's possible to rework the chip, but I don't know if it's a patch or a long term solution. In the other hand, you can look for a replacement motherboard. It's a matter of price.

power off your laptop, Try to remove battery and then press power off button for 60 seconds, then give the power supply, it will start for sure
