Brown smudges apparently under glass.

Facing the screen with the camera eye on your left, I have a narrow brown smudge along the right hand edge vertically. Also there is a somewhat larger and darker smudge across the bottom. There is a light smudge vertically along the camera eye side. No smudges at the top. I have taken the screen protector off cleaned the glass well, smudges still there. Went ahead and replaced with a new protector. Smudges are like when you leave a piece of paper against a light bulb and the paper starts to turn brown. Help!!!
