How do I replace just the iPhone screen clips and frame?

My iPhone's display has started to pop up at the top, which isn't an issue in itself, it's just that the camera has filled with dust, and the Apple store Genius told me that the clips are seriously messed up. The glue has apparently disconnected or something else similar.

Essentially, can someone tell me how to replace just the frame and clips of the screen? I don't want to purchase a whole new display and LED and whatnot if that all is working fine.
