Hi......
I'm Moore and my BB 9800 wont come on. I tried charging but that didn't work. I tried connecting to my laptop that didn't work too cuz the laptop did't recognize it (I mean nothing happened). I am scared what can I do PLS?????

Moore, it is possible that this is caused by the USB port on your BlackBerry. Start with a new battery and see if that makes a difference. If it does you know that it is not charged/recognized because of the USB port. You could try to connect the BB to your PC with the battery removed, wait a few minutes for the computer to install the drivers. Once the drivers are installed, reinsert the battery and the BB should be detected correctly.

What happened when you tried to charge it? What have you tried so far to see what is going on? Did you try a different cable etc.?
