iPod Touch 4 Gen running really slow

I had noticed that my iPod Touch 4 Gen has been more laggy than usual. I even tried restoring to its original settings, but its pretty slow even doing simple tasks.

I use this iPod for playing music daily on business. (Youtube, Spotify, Deezer, Tunein Radio, etc.)

But every time i want to open an app it would take a while. I recall when i first got it, it was blazing fast for every task.

Im running the lastest iOS released for this model.

Any one with this same issue?
