Could you show me the places of the parts of coil/inductor; type 0201-1; 240-OHM-0.2A-0.8-OHM and capacitor; 201; 0.1UF; 10%; 6.3V; X5R in which they are another places?

Musa, not quite sure what you are asking. Do you mind clarifying this a bit?

I have got two logicboard. One of them is that I want to repair. Another logicboard is faulty and I want to use three parts of it. But I lost two of them unfortunately. I know there are the same parts in other places of the logicboard. But I don't know where they are. Do you know?(Excuse me for my weak English.)

I think Musa is asking someone with the schematic in front of them what other components on the board could he source from a donor board to substitute for the these three. He had pulled the two filters to use, but then lost them. Now he's hoping someone can post a picture identifying two other similar filters and a similar capacitor so he can pull those from his donor board to substitute.

Musa: it is not ideal, but you can functionally substitute a microjumper of thin wire in place of the two backlight filters.

Yes. You are exactly right.

Hi Musa,

these are the parts you are looking for:

  1. Part 1 (bottom on picture): FL4 = coil/inductor; type 0201-1; 240-OHM-0.2A-0.8-OHM
  2. Part 2 (middle): FL3 = coil/inductor; type 0201-1; 240-OHM-0.2A-0.8-OHM
  3. Part 3 (top): C204 = capacitor; 201; 0.1UF; 10%; 6.3V; X5R (X means minimum temperature range -55degC; 5 means maximum temperature range +85degC; R means percentage of capacitance change permitted +/- 15%)

I hope this helps.

Thank you for your help. I have found a faulty logicboard eventually. But I broke two ones of them because I don't know how they is removed. I tried to remove them by knife. Would you say me if there are same ones of them in any part of logicboard and how will I remove them. I rescued part 1 or part 2 (they are same; aren't they? Thank you.

さんによる

Yes they are the same. all those components are soldered. you will at least have a good soldering iron with a very small tip, or better yet, use a hot air soldering station to remove and attach them. A knife ain't cutting it:-)

update

Yes there are. For the coil FL28, FL29,FL10,FL11,FL14,FL15,. For the capacitor C487, C250, C98_RF, C5_RF are identical. Of course there are many more. C250 and C98_RF are under the frame for the EMI shield and could not be marked.

I already know this. But they are lost. Are there same ones in another parts of my donor logicboard?

You have understood me eventually. This is that I want to. Thank you for your helps. I will try to fix tomorrow. I will say you if it works or doesn't work.

Hot air will probably melt the LCD connector if you're not careful. Honestly it sounds like you might not have experience with microsoldering, in which case unless you tend to be an extremely lucky guy, you might want to consider sending this board out for what is a quick easy repair with the right tools and experience.

I know the first time I tried to do this exact same repair I ended up melting the connector and knocking off three or four adjacent components and spending several frustrating evenings on it---never did fix that phone. Fast forward a year of practice and expensive tools later--this is a 15 minute easy job.

If you want to give it a DIY shot, you'd need magnification and good pair of hot tweezers that can work on that scale. For the two LCD filters, if you just make a thin wire bridge using wire from inside an iPhone vibrator parts you won't notice a defect and your backlight will be back on.

Good luck!
