I went to put in the new screen and the metal beze didnt fit and the vibraters in a different place the connectors are mixed in a different order. I just need to know what kind of iPhone is the is because its not like any other iPhone 4S I've seen before.

hunt, look at the back of the phone and let us know what the AXXXX number is. That will help to identify what phone you have.

i also have the same problem, i have a 4s, the replacement screen came with a sticker that says 4s and everything fits except one ribbon thing...its too short?? the screen cost 50 bucks and after the old one came out it cant be put back. i dont have another 50 and im stuck with a $500 phone that is in pieces!
Adrienne, my crystal ball says that the one that is too short is the digitizer cable (along top next to camera). If you disassemble the phone again, you'll find that there is a tiny loop of flex that needs to be fed through the hole in the midframe along with the lcd and digitizer flex---it is tricky to get the entire cable fed through the hole. Once you succeed, you'll find that the digitizer cable is long enough.
Don't try to just pull the cable up, it will tear.
This is one that we've all learned the hard way ;)
