How do I reset PowerBook g4 al 15?

My mac won't boot, i just hear the chime, i think that it's a boot loader problem and that i need to reset it. but, just don't know how. please Help!!!

command-option-p-r

Hold down through three chimes You can also try a Safe Boot (hold down shift key until you get the spinning sundial). If neither of these work boot to the install CD/DVD.
