What Type Hard Drive To Buy
I want to convert my G4 MDD to a file server, what is the right type of internal drive to buy and how large can I go up to. Would like to add TB drives in each bay.

If your going to run Leopard they hold 4 drives as standard, and support any IDE drives you can find. I've seen instances where one of my buddies ran 5 terabytes including a 4 terabyte RAID0. Did this answer your question?

Remember the BUS on the two drives on the lower left are slower, (if I remember correctly, they are at ATA/66 and the upper right hand drives are at ATA/100.
