which guide describes replacing both disks?

One of my drives has failed, and the other (with the OS on it) is in S.M.A.R.T. status of failing.

I've ordered replacement disks, is there a guide page for replacing both disks?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oF_ZplwXI... does what I want, the guide linked to by machead3 is for a standard Mac Mini 2010, not the server version which is what I have.
