What can I do with an iPod that won't scroll?
Everything on this 4th generation IPOD seems to be working correctly, but the screens will not scroll. For example: when trying to access "notes", it shows there are 30 available, 9 appear on the screen, but the IPOD will not scroll to see/obtain the remaining 21.
We get this same result no matter what screen we are using.
