Display not working after replacement.

So today I replaced my demolished frontscreen.

Now, When I connect it to the charger all it does is keeping the screen black, no light whatsoever, and just does this "blip" noice, I think it's the same as when you recieve a mail.

Neither the home button or lock/power button works now, The volume up/down/mute does however.

-No, the cables and adapters are intact.

Is there any kind soul out there that is willing to help me?
