Which screwdrivers are required for the display hinge, lower display hinge and heat sink screws?

I think asking this on the teardown page (under comments at the bottom right) might get a faster more reliable response. There are so few parts available (or replaceable) on the new machines I would venture not many have had reason to disassemble them.
