My Screen show some vertical lines
in a particular area it always shows vertical green lines.

Anoop, it would help if you would post an image with you question. From your description, it does sound like a TAB error and can only be fixed with very special (and expensive, tools. If it is a tab error, the best fix would be a replacement.

It can either be a hardware of software problem, lets check it one by one. First try to download the updated driver from your machine`s manufacturer`s website then install it. If the problem still persist then its defiantly the hardware level problem which is caused by faulty LCD cable of r joint so you can further take it to some hardware shop.
