Clear internet signal is too low.
Everytime my internet on my xbox 360 shows 4 bars then it, goes into one bar and starts to act real slow and choppy.

Possibly you need to choose a new broadcast channel, and ensure that your wireless network is secure. You could have hitchhikers on your network, OR, new wireless devices that use the same channel. Either of those could cause your symptoms. Also most routers have variable settings for signal strength if you are encountering interference boost the signal if possible.
