change lcd or screen?

i need to know if i need to change my kindle´s lcd screen or the screen digitilizer. The problem is that in the screen it appears a black "ink line" like it is inside of the screen. The screen (the glass) isn´t broken and the touch function works fine. hope i get some help

You need to buy just the LCD. The digitizer is separable from the LCD. Of course, you can buy them together as it's really not that much more expensive. Plenty of guides here can show you how to do it yourself.
