My ipod touch 4th GEN is very slown i have double clicked the home button to stop any running apps and turned it off and back on what can i do to make it go fast again?.
P.s My ipod is jailbroke

Delete unnecesary apps, or do a factory reset.
Settings --> General --> Reset --> Erase All Content and Settings
Also, you can Overclock the processor, but this can be dangerous and maybe reduce the battery life or get incredibly hot, depending of the configuration of the overclocking.
