I pull the ipad two months ago, the ipad has two hits in the top corners, but not on the side of the speaker. I reset the ipad and the problem continues with the new IOS software.

If the answer is correct, does it matter? I haven't opened one myself, but I have leaned as much as I can without actually opening it.
