Replace/remove Flash memory card
Hey,
I was wondering if its possible to remove the Toshiba THGVX1G6D2HLA01 8GB NAND Flash in an Apple TV 3rd generation. Is it a simple clip in or is it soldered in?

Chris, it is soldered onto the logic board. Definitely not an easy DIY'er job.
The blue rectangle is the memory IC. Hope this helps, good luck
