Why iPhone screen has lines and dead pixels after screen replacement?

Hi, I have an iPhone 4S that was recently dropped and the screen got cracked. Everything was working, just the digitizer was cracked.. I got a new display and after the reassembly the screen had various lines, which were flickering, but the phone itself was working, I could get calls, talk with Siri, use camera, but I couldn't see anything because of the background and by the way there were like some pixels that were out. After I figured out I can't see threw the screen, I putted back the first, cracked screen into and everything was working. Can you tell me is it the new screen problem or is it something else that I could have done with the new screen?

I get a 404 on the dropbox file. But where did you get the new display assembly?

It looks like the screen replacement is the problem. I would advice you to buy a new display assembly from iFixit and bring back the other one.

Looks like your lcd is broken. The 3 black dots on the site make me think you pushed to hard on the glass while installing the new display. Is this possible?

I spilt water on my phone and the screen would not work and then it started to have problems like coloured lines and not showing the screen properly. The screen then started to respond and I was able to o things on my phone but I couldn't see the screen because of lines and stuff. I was able to unlock my phone an swipe as I am aware of where things are on my phone, but I still cant see the screen because of the pixel and line problems. I need some help or recommendations as to what to do

So I cracked my I phone XR screen when i dropped it on cement, now there seems to be large black marks with the cracks.

I dropped my iphone 8 on the stairs and now there are loads of grey pixels, a few black lines, and i can't use some parts of my phone. Idk what to do
