Brake light keep on dashboard keep going on and off.
I have a 1996 Honda Accord and the Brake Light Signal on the Dashboard keep coming on and going off periodically, my brakes work fine.

Mike, check your brake fluid. It is possible that you are running low and/or that the switch on the reservoir is shortening out.

Second, the wiring of your bracket wearing indicator could be faulty. There is a cable connected to one of your brake brackets which goes to a connector, usually fixed somewhere on the suspension. This one comes new every time you change your brackets, so don't worry about this one.
From there another cable is routed through the car body, this one was installed in 1996 and is in motion due to steering, suspension movement and so on since then. Due to this it might be damaged, look for visual damage especially where it is routed close to the car body and repair if necessary.
