Changing earpiece failed, iPhone 4S is dead?!

Hey guys,

I tried to change my earpiece in my 4S with the earpiece from a broken 4 I had.

Followed the steps, changed the earpiece but after, the Iphone didn't respond at all.

Teared it apart again, did the steps again but still no result.

Now, when I press the power button the screen 'lights up', but there is, what seems like a crack in my LCD, like a big dot in different colors in the upper right corner..

Apart from the lightning up, and the dot, the Iphone doesn't work at all.

Any idea where I messed up? Really need some help!
