My dropped my phone in water about 2 weeks ago

It's been water damaged for a while, I didn't have isopropyl alcohol as its hard to get pure 99% where I live, I used baking soda and distilled instead to clean the motherboard scicne it was recommended but the phone still doesn't work even when the motherboard looks clean, what should I do?
