When the system info window says service battery that means you need a new battery. If you recently replaced the battery then there is a high likelihood that is a bad battery. Replace the battery and reset the SMC. If the computer still does not wake up adjust the energy saver settings.

High likelihood that the battery is the culprit. We run into bad MacBook batteries all the time try and purchase a battery from iFixit they have a really good return policy if the part is faulty.
