Need help with SMD resistor equivelant.PS42Q96HD

I have this PS42Q96HD SAMSUNG TV WITH A SMD RESISTOR MISSING ON THE POWER BOARD B44-00194A
( with 302 on top in position rs828 on board which says it is 3kΩ ± 5% ),
And i am wandering if i could use another with higher rating As mine is missing if so what could i use meaning either number on top or the amount of ohms I am showing on picture the position on the board as it is missing

+Hi Jayeff Sorry for not explaining correctly Its just i have loadsa various psu boards and wandered if i could of used another smd to replace the one marked 302 on top as in pic as they don`t have that on on them.Would just need to know the number on top to see if ii have a one that would do same job properly,Thnx.
