How do I install new bluetooth antenna

I have a new bluetooth board and that is easy to install but they unfortunately did not install the antenna at the factory?? So how do I install a new antenna (which can be purchased easily on e-bay) or more precisely where do I route the antenna and where do I attach the other end?
