iPhone 6 Plus: iPhone disabled after reboot. This is weirdest I've seen.

iPhone 6 plus was suffering from low storage volume. It has 126GB and the phone is filled up so that remaining space was on 33MB. Didn’t think much as the phone was still working, so I powered off the phone. Replaced screen, reboot the phone……then phone shows iPhone disabled, connect to iTunes screen. How?

I tried to put back to old screen, disconnected battery, reboot, multiple times, but still same thing. It had iCloud but iCloud photo library or imessages were never turned on and was not able to (i guess it was because of no space). I know I should backed up and remove some stuffs but didn’t think of it because iPhone was working.

Do you think updating will get the screen to enter passcode to get in?

iPhone 6 Plus: iPhone 6 Plus not powering on after being off for a long time

So one day I left my phone in a drawer and forgot to power it off fully. It’s been months before I found it again and when I plugged it in, nothing came up on the screen. I left it overnight and still no response. I know the charger is good because it works on my other phones and the phone had worked previously before I left it in the drawer. I’ve tried hard restarting to attempting DFU mode and nothing. This phone has had battery drain issues even after a factory reset so I’m not that surprised that the battery was bad but I was expecting it to boot up. Anything else for me to try?

iPhone 6 Plus: Severe battery drain on standby after screen replacement

It seems like right after Ithis iPhone screen got replaced a while back at a third party and for some reason, the phone now has a really bad battery drain on standby. I checked the battery health and it is at 90 percent and when I use the phone it dies as expected. However, the standby times for it are really bad. In probably a day the phone is at zero. I’ve even tried this with a restore from iTunes and no apps installed but the battery drain is still there. Is it because of the screen replacement? Also now when I plug it in it shows the apple logo for a few seconds, then goes black, then shows the logo again and it just cycles through this endlessly. I don’t know if it drained before the screen replacement but I’m certain that iPhones can standby for a lot longer than 24 hours and this dies in less than a day. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

iPhone 6 Plus: Screen stays black after battery replacement even the phone turns on

I wanted to replace the battery of my iPhone 6 Plus because the battery was discharging very fast. Ordered a new battery, followed something similar to this guide iPhone 6 Plusのバッテリーの交換 and after charging it for a while, it didn’t seem to turn on. What actually happened is that the screen didn’t turn on anymore. Because it still made a sound when plugging in the charger.

So I ordered a new screen that had everything on it except for the home button, followed this iPhone 6 Plus スクリーンの交換 and now it doesn’t even make a sound anymore when plugging in the charger. The screen is still black. I think it still powers on because when pressing volume up/down and the power button it vibrates shortly. Placing back the old screen makes the sound appear again.

I’ve been very careful with disconnecting the connectors and placing back the correct screws. How can I figure out what is broken?

To summarize:

Old/new battery does not make a difference

Old screen makes a sound when plugging in the charger

New screen makes no sound when plugging in the charger

For both old/new screen the vol up/down + power button triggers a vibration
