this is himang here. I just got a new At&T run ZTE Blade Spark. I have an issue to discuss regarding the phone.
Phone’s WiFi keeps turning off and internet starts running on my data pack, can you tell me how fix it or is it a feature of the phone?
You can reply me @himang.goyal@gmail.com
Thanks

try contacting the owner of the phone, if not call the phone brand or a phone tech line or something but just try asking a real expert or something-

I bought my ZTE blade spark off a friend last summer. It's been a great phone up until yesterday. It went dead and won't charge. I can turn it on and it goes thru the whole boot up until the AT&T logo comes on the screen and then it shuts down like it's dead. I have tried all ever since to charge it and it just won't charge. I did a factory reset and it didn't help. How do I figure out if it's the phone or the charger?

My phone is doing the exact same thing so let me if you find something out and I'll do the same. It sucks cuz I just paid my bill and can't use my phone.

try a new charger is my only guess or just let it be off the charger for a week while, it can charge in a while and if not try again and don’t give up hope, and when it does make sure to clear space / excess apps / extra photos / unwanted files/ext and charge it well and check for updates and give your phone a rest and don’t overuse it, or when I got my phone dead like yours I found a different charger and it worked after holing off button and lowering sound button, and it appeared at one percent and I had to charge it, the first charge took a long time but it ended out working, P.S the factory reset made it so my internet would not work, and for it to work it takes patience. Thank you

Robert and Kelsey, I had the same problem.. just my screen would not turn on. and I fixed it with a long 10-20 second press to the off-button and down-sound button on the side and I held it and it turned on after I charged it a bit and when it turned on, it was only 1 present after my week of charge and I realized that I killed it from overcharging/overuse or something or just a space overload (2500+ photos) so then I resorted to it and the internet may take a while to just but if you do this in a good phone state it will take you to factory mode. In fact, messed up my internet and it still can’t fix after many resets and NO updates are needed. so I’m working on connecting
