Yamaha NS‑AW190BL Troubleshooting
Released in June 2008, this Yamaha 2-Way Outdoor Speakers are great for use both outdoors and indoors. These wired speakers produce a maximum output of 120 watts, is weather resistant, and ships with wall mounting brackets.
No noise from the speaker.
You have trouble listening to sound coming out of your speakers.
Control volume setting.
If you note any distortion, reduce the volume control on your power amplifier/receiver to a lower setting.
The input output panel is broken.
Your input output panel needs replacement.
Large Speaker is Broken
The large speaker is broken and needs to be replaced.
Little Speaker is Broken.
The little speaker is broken on your device and needs replacement.
Audio distortion.
The sound being produced by the speakers is not clear and is distorted.
Dirty speakers.
The sound passages are blocked by dirt or dust and need to be cleaned.
Broken or loosely connected wires.
The wires inside your speaker are either broken or loosely connected
Static in the speaker.
Check the wire solders to be sure there isn't one that is broken or very loosely connected.
Speakers are not hanging straight.
The speakers are crooked when installed.
The safety wire is faulty and damaged.
Inspect the safety wire to make sure its not damaged, and has enough resistance.
Broken mount.
The wall mount is broken.
