Panasonic EB tx320asw Troubleshooting

Firstly, make sure you are pushing the correct button the turn the phone on. The button looks like a phone with a strike-through on it. If that does not work plug your phone into the wall and then try turning it on. If the phone still does not turn on, it is most likely a hardware problem. This means that something will physically have to be replaced on/in the phone.

According to Panasonic's user manual, the TX-320asw takes "up to 3 hours" to complete a charge cycle.

According to Panasonic's user manual, this phone will last "up to 2.0 hours (digital), [and] up to 1.4 hours (analog). These numbers are calculated during talk time. The phone can last up to 200 hours in standby mode.

When the lock screen is displayed on the phone, enter the 4-digit code to unlock it. If user does not know/forgot their code, the service provider has to be contacted to unlock.

Firstly, make sure the antenna is not being blocked while phone is in user's hands. Make sure that you are making calls from an area of quality reception.

The first thing to do if you spill water on your phone is to look through your phone contract and see if you are paying monthly phone insurance. If you are paying insurance many times your carrier can replace your phone for a low fee. If you do not have any insurance there is still hope. Making sure your phone is turned off remove that battery from the phone and place the phone and the battery in white rice. Leave it in the rice for three days. After the time period is up take it out and put it back together. If you are lucky your phone will work again.

Since the antenna is physically attached to the phone and cannot be removed even after taking the phone apart the antenna cannot be replaced. If you have a broken antenna you will have to purchase a new phone.
