Your FightPad is connected to the Xbox or PC but no keys are responding.
Ensure USB cable is connected firmly into the controller port on the Xbox 360 console or your computer's USB port. If the USB cable is loose, the console will fail to recognize the controller.
If the external wires are broken and showing then they should be soldered or replaced. The internal connection to the circuit board may also be compromised. Refer to the repair manual for circuit board removal so that the wires can be soldered or replaced.
You do not want turbo setting to be running.
Hold down the Turbo Activation Button for 5 seconds without pressing any other buttons.
Another option is by unplugging the USB cable of the "FightPad" from the console then replugging it back into the console. This should reset the turbo settings.
One of the ‘X’, ‘Y’, ‘A’, ‘B’, “RB”, or “RT” buttons do not respond properly.
Rubber under button may be stuck and need to be repaired. Refer to repair manual.

The D-Pad is not responding properly.
Please refer to the repair guide on how to fix the D-Pad.
Make sure the Control Function Switch is set to DP (D-Pad). Refer to “How do I change my d-pad so I can use it as a right analog stick or left analog stick?” to see how to switch between modes.
Check to see if the Control Function Switch is set to either the LS (Left Analog Stick) or (DP) D-Pad. Refer to “How do I change my d-pad so I can use it as a right analog stick or left analog stick?” question to see how to change between modes.

At the backside of the "FightPad" there is a RS-DP-LS switch which allows you to change the function of the d-pad into: right analog stick (RS), directional pad (DP), and the left stick (LS). When switched the one of these options, the d-pad will act as the current selected function.
