Incomplete System Restore
Restarting refreshes all system memory registers making them ready to start over again
- WIN => Power => Restart => Restart Anyway
Disabled Touchscreen Drivers
This allows the system software to be kept up-to-date and compatible with other hardware and software
- Go to the device manager and check if touchscreen drivers are disabled then just enable touchscreen driver.
Drivers Not Up-To-Date
Make sure your drivers are always up-to-date to prevent further issues.
- Go to the Lenovo Support website. select your specific Flex 5 model, navigate to "Drivers and Software", and use the automatic update feature to scan for available driver updates specifically for the "Touchscreen".
Device Driver Not Installed
This ensures that your hardware works properly and takes advantage of new features and updates

- How to use the Settings menu: From the home screen, click the Start key, click on the "Settings" icon, click "Update and Security", then click on "Recovery", then click on "Get Started" under "Reset this PC"
BIOS Malfunction
- Restart the PC, while it's reloading Press "F1" until BIOS shows up. Then Press "F9" and restart again.
