Speaker Audio is Lost or Distorted
The computer is emitting distorted noise or no noise.
Speakers Issue
If your laptop is making distorted noises or is not emitting any noise at all, there is an issue with your speakers. Either your speakers have been damaged or they have become disconnected. To fix the problem, access the speakers by removing the keyboard. If they have been damaged, then replace the speakers. If replacing the speakers does not fix the problem, there could be a larger issue with your motherboard. If you need any further information, reference the HP Pavilion x360 PC Manual.
Touchpad Is Not Responsive
The Touchpad is not responding or is responding erratically.
Faulty Software
If your touchpad is not responding, try updating your driver. To do this, search for your computer’s mouse settings in the Device Manager menu. In the mouse settings, select touchpad. From there, choose the updating option if available. If this does not work, uninstall then reinstall the driver, from the same touchpad menu under driver. If that fails to work, it may be a hardware issue. If you need any further information, reference the HP Pavilion x360 PC Manual.
Faulty Touchpad
To replace the touchpad, remove the keyboard in order to access the touchpad. From there, insert the new Touchpad part and replace the keyboard on top. Wait a few minutes after replacement before trying to start your computer. If you need any further information, reference the HP Pavilion x360 PC Manual.
Screen Is Turning Blue
The screen is turning blue and not displaying graphics.
Lacking RAM Capacity
If your computer is experiencing slowdowns or does not have the capability to run certain programs, update your RAM. Updated RAM allows your computer to run higher memory programs more efficiently. The HP pavilion x360 14m-ba011dx laptop comes from the factory with an 8GB RAM card, however, there are 2 slots available for extra RAM capability. To update your RAM, remove your computer’s keyboard and locate the panel that houses the RAM (it is silver). Either remove or insert a new RAM card depending on your personal needs. A side effect of having enough RAM capacity is your laptop displaying a blue screen. If you need any further information, reference the HP Pavilion x360 PC Manual.
The Laptop Is Not Turning On
The computer’s battery is dying very quickly.
Power Cord Not Properly Connected or a Bad Power Outlet
If your laptop is refusing to turn on, first make sure that your computer’s power cord is plugged into and hooked up to a valid power outlet. If you need any further information, reference the HP Pavilion x360 PC Manual.
Faulty Battery
If that does not work, there could be a problem with your battery. Remove your keyboard to access the battery (it is a black rectangular box in the bottom left corner). First, try removing and replacing the battery. Make sure to wait at least a minute before putting it back in, then restart the computer. If that fails to work, try putting an entirely new battery in and restarting the computer. If it still fails to turn on, there may be a problem with your hardware. If you need any further information, reference the HP Pavilion x360 PC Manual.
Keys not working
Specific Keys are not registering typing.
Software Interference
Try restarting your computer. Sometimes certain programs can cause problems with the keyboard. A simple reboot could then fix the problem. If you need any further information, reference the HP Pavilion x360 PC Manual.
Dirty Keyboard
Sometimes if your computer has dirt or particles underneath the keys, there can be a keyboard malfunction. To resolve this, remove the broken key and clean the area underneath. If that fails to work, you could have another hardware problem. If you need any further information, reference the HP Pavilion x360 PC Manual.
Faulty Keyboard
If your keys are not working, there could be something wrong with your computer’s hardware. A complete replacement of the keyboard could be needed to restore full functioning. To do this, remove the keyboard and reinsert the new keyboard replacement. Allow the computer a few minutes before rebooting. If you need any further information, reference the HP Pavilion x360 PC Manual.

This laptop has a problem where the battery quickly deteriorates (probably due to terrible cooling) and the battery expansion causes the touchpad to become unusable, within about a year of use.
So far I have already replaced the battery once and between repairs it lasted about the same amount of time, it's really annoying as even with basic use the laptops fans can't draw enough air from underneath the laptop to cool it. >:(
