I am having a similar problem, except mine wont connect to the internet at all even on Wifi. I have an Alcatel A995L. My data is enabled. I even went into my settings and cleared out my Cache and data. I have restarted my phone several times and even deleted some old pictures to see if that would help. Nothing has helped. Does anyone have any other ideas to try? Teresa
