Thanks for your tips. I tried it but it did not fix the issue. The laptop works, I mirrored the internal and external screens. Thus I can use it. But even if I can set the brightness of the internal screen, it does not display anything. The apple customer care said it is not the NVIDIA issue unfortunately. They said the screen has to be changed. Any advice?
