I knew when Steve Jobs died that Apple would not be able to carry on satisfying customers. It only took a couple of generations of the Macbook to alienate the customer. The many changes are not for us, they're for Apple. Old trick - planned obsolescence. If you cannot upgrade the device you have to buy a new one sooner. Great for Apple - bad for customer.
