Did you do the replacement yourself? If so, I would suggest attempting to clean the LCD connectors on the motherboard of the device. iPhone 6 Plus is infamous for "touch disease" after repairs, some of them even beforehand. If the touch does not restore itself, it may be the Touch IC chip on the device that has gone out on you. Some shops that offer micro-soldering may be able to do this repair for you.
If you have the proper tools to get into the bottom of the laptop, open it to see if the LCD cables attached to your motherboard have come loose. From what I see, the discoloration on the right side of the display indicates damage to the LCD. This will most likely result in a display replacement.
Did you buy this computer used? If the Laptop is still running Windows 7 and you just purchased it a few days ago, you should call the store you purchased it from. There is something wrong with the Operating System that was installed on the Device. It was most likely an illegitimate copy if the laptop was purchased Used. To reinstall the Operating System if you cannot perform a system recovery through the "Blue Screen" options, you will need to have a USB or Disk that has a new Operating System on it.
This phone in particular has the SD card slot hidden inside of the sim card tray or the volume buttons on the right hand side of the device. Once you open it, pull the tray all the way out and you will see the slot for the External SD.
Sounds like a control/main board issue. If the outputs aren't working properly and the tv is only turning on intermittently, I would replace the control/main board (the one with you hdmi, coax, etc outputs) to see if this fixes the issue.
An hdmi port on a playstation should be left to someone who has experience with them. Often times, there are little resistors or transistors directly behind the hdmi port. If these are knocked off during an attempted repair, the playstation will not give out a signal again.
