All those look legit to me...not sure of the model, double check, but you can't stump ebay or amazon for something like that. And if you somehow do...Alibaba or Aliexpress will have you covered.
I've fixed some and others not so much....regardless this is the way that worked occasionally.... http://mytabletguru.com/hard-reset-allwinner-tablet-pc/
Ben answered your question I do believe....you might want to give him the credit he deserves. It gets overlooked often and I'm sure you didn't mean to, but the board would work better if everyone would give good questions a Yes vote, and label helpful and correct answers as such.
First thing, I'd go to control panel, bring up "Hardware & Sound," then click "Sound," and check the speakers on default. Make sure you see action on the measuring bars to the right. I've had laptops that would phantomly reset their input and output settings on their own. If this is a new problem, out of the blue....I'd not be surprised if it's a setting or maybe even some mistake in communication between the speakers and the closed lid switch. The good news is you've got some troubleshooting to be done before giving in and accepting total speaker failure.
I'd try these solutions: http://www.howtogeek.com/222262/how-to-reset-your-forgotten-password-in-windows-10/ They should work for Windows 8 and above, and 7 isn't much different, plus there's a link on the page for 7 methods.
Replace the battery, unless it's under warranty, then let them. iPhone batteries are like a delicate flower, and I've had the overheating and out issue happen multiple times. A replacement battery is not too expensive...order one, install it and I'll bet all the tea in China your problem will be fixed.
I don't believe you can replace the logic board with a newer version. As of early 2009, they essentially began constructing MacBooks Pro's logic boards differently (i5 & i7 series CPU's) so that any and all upgrades were impossible. I have held onto my Unibody late 2008 model just for this reason. Though I'd not replace a logic board, I would absolutely replace the HDD for an SDD and upgrade the RAM. Wait until you see the difference between 2 GB of RAM and 4.....it's like a totally new machine! If it's possible to modify... Good Luck!
You should be under warranty, and as long as that's the case, don't touch anything else until you check. If you have coverage then you don't want to void it... Even if it's newly out of coverage, if you can easily get an appointment with the "Genius's," they can be convinced to help.
Boot the phone into recovery mode? And check to see if an update is needed or if not, then try a restore on your computer when connected? How long have you left it charging? I've had them not come on, I plug it in and forget it for a couple hours, come back and it's on. Sorry to not have more ironclad "without a doubt," instructions, but someone else may have a take like that. I'd not panic yet....this isn't that unusual and usually a few hours later it's been corrected somehow.
