Nothing if you gentle handle with care. You can easily bend it. You kinda have to force it, if something should happen. It‘s safe and easy to replace the battery, just look at the guide … so don‘t worry, take your time.

It’s still confusing, when there are lots of recommendation to charge your battery at 15~20% and stop charging it at around 80~90% to make sure to have a good battery health … to get those electrode moving but under 15% or over 90"% there will be more voltage, higher tension on the battery. So to to drain the battery and fully charge it would rather harm it. For me it makes more sense when there is a memory effect.
But thats a myth … if I’m not wrong, only nickel battery can be calibrated, the os-systems of theses days take care of it, like with all smartphones nowadays.
