I do recommend against doing this as the beeping can warrant any of the following: A dirty air filter, malfunctioning thermostat, Frozen evaporator coils, Low refrigerant levels, or Electrical issues

Removing the buzzer may prevent a user from knowing about any underlying issues the machine is detecting and may cause further damage to the machine if the issue is not diagnosed

@uca What year is the vehicle that you are repairing? I only ask as I know certain cars have different design processes that make repairs different for each generation or model

Hi! I did want to say that is a good teardown in progress, and I did want to give some advice on how to make it stand out

I do like the image quality on step 1! I can see the circuitry really good. On the second slide, I would recommend you take a photo of the circuit board and use the markup tool to highlight some of the chips and whatnot on the board.

As for tearing down the Mi Band, if you have one with the display, I would add how to remove the display and what parts to use to do so. Going step by step and marking items up in your teardown is essential! Here's an example of a teardown for a Fitbit Sense

I could not find an OEM replacement for the battery, but I did find a battery that a user used in a DIY project with this keyboard. It is not the same one used typically, but this one was reported to give 2x the battery life compared to the OEM one

Hi Daniel, I’m guessing that it could be improper installation of the screen or static discharge. It does happen, you want to touch something metallic to discharge the static electricity before handling the screen, and wear gloves too.
