I got a broken one from a friend. It was missing charge port and pads. So I ran a usb cable to the trace points. Plugged it in. No less. Not turning on…getting 5 volts at the battery and getting voltages within range on the main board too. Gonna try the reset: (1) Hold down the power button for 8 seconds, then let go. (2) Press the power button once. The Fuel Gauge flashes white to red 3 times. (3) Your device is now reset. Should that fail I suppose I'll take the speakers and hook up another bluetooth speaker to make custom one.
Update: remove back cover. Disconnect the flex ribbon cable that goes over the battery. Make sure to plug it back in so the white line on the blue area stretches to or past the gold indicator line. Turn tablet on.

Ive seen many of these, even spoke to samsung; their advice is to take phone to bestbuy and they have what samsung called a SMART TOOL which they will use to reload the camera firmware. They wouldn't explain anything else. If u Google the dialer code for your device you'll see where it shows camera fw: null.
Flat head screwdriver if it's like the Xbox. Then u can get thermal paste cleaner and thermal paste online. A plastic razor blade (similar to the red kind used on lcd displays) should easily remove the paste.
if theres any solder left on the board you can use carefully rebuild the connection...if not youll need to find an alternate solution to charge...you can get a new logic board and battery for under $20 online .
touch disease is related to the ic chip on the rear of the board. dont keep replacing screens none will fix it...you can put a old sim card under the protective plate covering your lcd cables that will push the board back on to the ic chip ...you could also use a small tip and reheat the solder then push them back to the chip till they cool. there are quite a few videos showing solutions on youtube.
Not unless you have the appropriate equipment...which is more than a lcd/digitizer...you would need to use dry ice to freeze the loca glue making it brittle so it doesnt crack your lcd when u remove the digitizer...your better off just getting a new display
Use a set of curved tweasers to pull each strip clear of the bottom left corner of the battery. Then the strips will pull out alongside the battery and the frame almost effortlessly. Do this for each strip and your battery should almost fall out.
