I have similar problem since my son tried to install the update a few weeks ago. we've tried installing the full version oo and although it appered top work, a couple of days later the PS4 just keeps rebooting and saying you need to install the system software. Will try contacting Sony support, but if anyone has any answers as to why an otherwise perfectly working machine should just fail like this following update, I'd be grateful - so will my son! TIA
