The Slim uses like the Fat an PSU with active PFC. And in all countries the same PSU is used. 110-240V AC 50 & 60 Hz. To make different PSUs for different countries is to expensive these days.
In fact, on 2.5 inch HDDs it makes no change at all. The drives are to slow to get the benefit of 300MB/s more than with 2.0. It only makes a change on SSDs, but I don't think that the slim comes with an (big) SSD. The maximum speed of HDDs is limited for 2.5 inch drives at about 200MB/s if buffered. So SATA 3.0 will not make the drive faster. For the PS4 Pro the effect is much bigger. The use of a SSD makes more sense.
You are getting waeker and weaker. No exact descripton or OEM of the fan. Boy that’s weak for because the bearing of the fan can be an issue over time too. Sleevebearings would be horror for a unit like this. I hope it is ball or hydrodynamic. This fan has to run high speeds becaus of its small diameter.
About the sensor from Bosch, it should be Bosch Sensortek if it is right. Sensortek is the company for consumer electronics, Bosch it self only sells sensors for automotive.
I do not see the point. I own old AT SMPS they are about 20 years old now. All of them use electrolytic caps. All of them are running well over thousand of hours. It is not the type of the cap who is running bad. It is the quality. In this case all high quality Nippon.
Let the time work. I think there will be cables to get the HDMI out of the USB C. In the past, for every console there was a lot of non Nintendo accessories from third-party. Why should it be other this time?
You talk about the heat. But the big “M” on the PCB of the PSU should be the big thing here.
Isn’t it cool to have a Matushita (Panasonic) PSU in a Sony Playstation?
I wonder if anyone else has noticed?
That are good news. (=
Easy changable batteries in the future and it is on the way to be the best tablet to buy.
Why is a USB 3.1 Gen 1 adapter card called TV Tuner? It is an adapter card. What you connect to it is irelevant.

Step 17 picture 3 -> metal contacts with flatflex cable tu the joycon pcb.
Even TB 3 ends in PCIe 3.0 4x. This is to slow fore 4K gaming too. The actual 4K Graphics needs PCIe 3.0 8x as minimum to run with more than 24 fps.
It is no eGPU in existence that can bring a low power system 4K gaming. For the Switch die CPU will be the next limiting part.
