I was taking a video and when I watched it afterward, there was a clicking noise in it. How do I fix it?

The shutter being open for too long creates pictures that are very bright and over exposed. Try restarting the camera. If this does not work, try cleaning around the shutter and lens to remove any particles that may be in the shutter's way.

The lens will not retract because something is interfering with the lens. Try to find anything that could be in the way of the lens retracting and remove it.
