Remove SIM card tray at first. It's Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Duos, so there are two slots.

Twist off all 20 screws together.
What is the dimension of the screw?

Since Samsung applied the design that the USB board come with soft keys together, DIY replace USB board and LCD screen alone become much more difficult.
-
Be careful with the soft sensor keys on the bottom especially the flex.

In fact, the replacement of Samsung Galaxy Note 5 LCD screen, USB board or home button nearly the same with that teardown.

Can the s pen be opened too? I wanna know because my s pen clicking mechanism gets stuck and doesn't click.
Yes it separates at the seam where the darker section with the Samsung text meets the light gray part. Here is a decent youtube video some guy made: https://youtu.be/ixNXUh2fnZo I would recommend trying plastic tools to open instead of a razor blade, also graphite is quite messy so I would probably use a small dab of light silicone grease. I buy it at the hardware store in the plumbing section (used for faucet seals). It's a good lightweight grease for rubber & plastic parts and anything sensitive to petroleum base grease. Good luck!
So did you find out where is the memory stored? My Note 5 dropped in water and circuit on the motherboard is fried. Is there a way i can still recover my data???

As a quick answer, phones nowadays store files on a chip called an eMMC chip. In the case of the Note5, it’s a UFS-II chip.
Hi, My front glass lens cracked. Any step by step? I'm a home contractor/inspector with patience. I have limited experience repairing my PC's and Mac, etc. It looks like replacing it would have a 5 out of 5 difficultly rating. Would I be in over my head? Thanks!

Although a glass replacement is possible, it won’t be worth because a small mistake (too much heat, too much force, etc) can potentially damage the AMOLED panel or Digitizer.
Hi in step 9 it shows where the ribbon cable connects to the mother board. When taking this piece out of the package i accidentally tore a little bit of that ribbon cable. Am i screwed or is there hope for me? Please someone helpppppp
Which ribbon cable? If it was he ribbon cable for the screen then you'll need to purchase a new digitizer. If it was one of the smaller components you may be able to replace just that piece on the mid-frame.

If you’re referring to the charging coil, there’s a high chance the coil is toast at some part. The USB port might work again if you clean it with Isopropyl Alcohol with a swab or raising the “tongue“ part of the socket.
Can the cable for the antenna be moved outside of the phone by drilling a hole in the back and then be used to connect to an external antenna?
It looks like the cable, if not an antenna itself, connects to a part of the phone which is an antenna sticking in the plastic part of the bezel. It is doable, but it’ll look a bit ridiculous.
Stylus broke and is stuck inside my phone. Any way to fix?

Disassembling the phone should reveal the broken stylus inside, although it may be a bit stuck when you try to separate the midframe.
I removed the gold strip next to the battery above the home button flex when removing the digitizer after front glass removal. Proceed or is all a loss?
Is there a wifi/bluetooth antenna that can be replaced?
where is wireless charging section ?
Also do not see the inductive coils… are they inside the battery?
So far I remember, the charging coils are sitting on top of the battery, sandwiched between the back panel. Probably covered because of different variants.
