What's To Tell?

A customer brought in a MacBook Pro with a dead battery.

As the title says, what's to tell? Replacing a battery in a MacBook Pro is cinchy, if you have the right tools.

Be sure you have one of iFixit's kits of specialty drivers. The battery is held in place by two screws with 'three-pointed' heads.

Also, it would be incredibly helpful if iFixit provided some means -- or at least instructions -- for disposing of the dead battery. Toss it in a landfill? Probably not, but... what?
