iPhone 6 charging port

Best Buy damaged my charging port when trying to clear out to Bri. While the rest of the phone worked by could no longer power it on.

The tools and parts supplied or packaged and organized very professionally. Step-by-step guide was thorough and to the point. There were not any surprises in the repair and I appreciated them noting a few spots that would be more difficult to work with.

I was planning on spending at least an hour and a half or two hours on this repair but it only took me about 25 minutes. I’ve only done an iPad screen repair once before so I was not very familiar with opening up these devices but ifixit made it extremely user-friendly.

The reason I accidentally bought extra tools was because the website said I needed to separate screwdrivers for the repair and initiated me adding them to the cart. I didn’t realize the kit also included those screwdrivers. It should be noted that when someone is buying the kit there is no need for the website also show the other screwdrivers since they are included.
